phew! I made it - crossed the work finish line! I am quite literally so happy I could do a dance right now. Last week, on my first official day home, I spent it quietly - with Owen at his last day of daycare and Isabelle off to school I had a refreshing first day back to just being mama. I had big intentions of cleaning, sewing a skirt for Isabelle, something warm and baked.... but that just didn't happen. Instead I took a trip down memory lane and tackled boxes of baby and toddler clothes. With just over 8 weeks left to go -
holy snowballs - until my "guess date" I decided it was time to pay a little attention to what is to come. A new addition to this family that is so highly anticipated - Owen at the mention of baby declares "
i'm big brother!!" and Isabelle tells me of all the things she will be able to help me do "
I will show everyone who comes to visit how to hold the baby".

diapers ready for a sweet little bum |

realizing there is truly no need for any more baby boy clothes at the moment.... |

furthermore coming to the realization that I will definitely not be able to get rid of any baby girl outfits... oh no...not today anyway...
